Rameshvaren has spent 25 years of HSE leadership in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Shipyard, Supply and Trading, NOJV operations including construction/ commissioning spanning across Asia, Middle east and Africa. He had led HSE risk management for high consequence facility and operations across Asia, Middle East and Africa. His Career covers HSSE Strategy, Contractor HSE management, Audits, HSE Risk and Governance. He has led HSE in projects up to USD 400M CAPEX with peak manpower of 1000. Notable outcomes include annual 100k plus offshore manhours with zero DAFWAC, 80% reduction in repeat incidents, USD 160K plus in annual HSE risk-based barrier assurance savings, TRIR reduction from 3.0 to 0.5 within 12 months and safety culture transformation. Rameshvaren holds a BSc in Environmental Occupational Safety and Health, numerous HSE related professional certifications and will be completing a Master of Arts in Business Psychology at the University of Newcastle.
